Main Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Proposal Support (75%):
- Source and recruit top talent worldwide using innovative methods and tools.
- Maintain a robust network of external contacts and partnerships to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with HR partners to advise hiring managers on compensation packages and negotiate salaries.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Operational Support (25%):

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience or Master's Degree and 0-2 years of experience.
