Product Strategist

As a Product Consultant at Smollan Group, you will play a key role in driving business growth by creating and increasing brand awareness through effective pricing strategies, maintaining shelf health, implementing promotions, training sales consultants, and building strong customer relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
• Maintaining accurate records of sales performance and inventory levels
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in consumer electronics
• A matric certificate or equivalent
• A diploma or NQF level 5 qualification in a relevant field
• Strong sales acumen and marketing principles knowledge
• Excellent communication and administration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
