Revenue Generation Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team.

- This position involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and building initial relationships with prospects to create a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales team to pursue.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential customers and decision-makers, using various channels to generate and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to leverage inbound leads and enhance lead generation efforts.
Outreach and Engagement:
- Initiate contact with prospects through personalized communication, clearly articulating the value proposition of our company's products or services.
- Engage in initial conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify their interest.
Qualification:
- Assess the fit of leads based on predefined criteria, collaborating with our sales team to refine qualification parameters.
- Disqualify leads that do not meet the criteria to ensure a focused sales effort.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Regularly update our sales team on the status of leads and opportunities.
- Prioritize and manage a high volume of leads to ensure a steady flow through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
- Basic understanding of our company's products/services and industry.
