Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including payroll, creditors, and banking transactions.
  • Process and approve invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including creditor and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • BCom Accounting degree or similar qualification.
  • 1-2 years post-article experience or bookkeeping experience.
  • Completed SAICA articles.
  • Experience in payroll administration (Sage 300 People experience advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and internal control systems.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Xero experience advantageous).
