We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the management of our hospital sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction project management, with experience in managing teams and working with clients to deliver complex projects. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of construction professionals, including site managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, engineers, and other members of the construction team, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Closing any gaps between potential risks and challenges, by coordinating with internal stakeholders and developing mitigation strategies.
