Job Description:

Abantu Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Road Construction Project Supervisor to lead our road, earth and layerwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Monitor and manage labour, materials and equipment for optimal productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in road construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
