Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to provide financial administration support to the Province.

This involves maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and distributing reports and other documentation as required.

In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for performing finance and administrative duties, managing information, and supporting local offices and the Provincial Finance and Admin Manager.

Effective customer relations are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a well-organised record keeping and filing system for the Provincial Office.
  2. Distribute reports and other documentation efficiently.
  3. Perform various finance and admin tasks.
  4. Manage information effectively.
  5. Provide support to local offices and the Provincial Finance and Admin Manager.
  6. Prioritise sound customer relations.
Requirements
  • A recognised Grade 12 (Std 10) qualification and 1-year Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 months' relevant administration experience, preferably in finance.
  • A valid Code 08 driver's license is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with knowledge of Syspro being beneficial.
