We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PerformIT Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Manage and maintain accurate sales records, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions.
  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in external sales, preferably in the service industry.
  • Qualifications: Matric qualification is essential, while a Sales and Marketing qualification is advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer software and applications is required.

About the Role:
