Meeting and Event Planner

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Meeting and Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and services are provided
- Manage event registration and attendee lists
- Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure all event requirements are met
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in event planning
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of event planning process, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
