  • Audit Management
    • Monitor contractor schedules, progress reports, and project documents to ensure progress against baselines.
    • Implement corrective actions to address gaps that may impact the company.

    • Prepare and present documents as required to facilitate effective communication.
    • Agree on extra work to be done within set timescales and costs through contract management.

  • Compliance, Governance, and Assurance
