We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our IT projects and programs. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, overseeing the entire program lifecycle and delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience managing IT projects or programs in medium- to large-scale environments
  • Strong background in program management within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related industries
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Management, Business Analysis, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
