About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be an energetic and knowledgeable expert on pre-owned vehicles, able to provide high-quality service to each client while finding the perfect vehicle that suits their needs.
- Actively engage with prospective customers and develop an in-depth understanding of our ever-changing car inventory.
- Use this knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase, providing educated recommendations based on their requirements.
- Drive with clients on test drives, showcasing the features of the vehicle and answering any potential questions.
- Work closely with the Finance department to facilitate deals that meet the customer's needs while yielding the highest return for the dealership.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements.
- A commitment to hitting targets and driving sales growth.
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong negotiation skills.
- Resilience, ambition, and a target-driven approach.
In addition, previous experience in car sales, customer service, or a related field will be a distinct advantage. A proven track record, contactable references, and a valid driver's license are also required.
