Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement across our manufacturing operations, focusing on labor efficiency and process optimization.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to address these areas, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  3. Conduct regular monitoring and analysis to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  4. Leverage expertise in industrial engineering principles and practices to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including production staff, managers, and other functional groups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in durable goods or automotive industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven improvements in labor efficiency and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
