Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planning Engineer to join our team at Ntice Search Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to enhance operational performance through innovative engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive manufacturing sector. The Logistics Planning Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. They will streamline workflows, conduct productivity studies, plan and allocate manpower resources, and manage supply chain and logistics to reduce costs and lead times.

The successful candidate will be able to utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making, foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing (TPS) and Kaizen principles, and lead and coordinate projects related to process improvements and new implementations.
