Job Overview

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on civil and structural engineering projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the department
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Maintain high-quality designs and technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa
Estimated Salary Range

R850,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
