Chief Executive Officer

TAC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy CEO to lead our organization's growth initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Zimbabwean professional to take on a leadership role in a prominent local business.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who can drive high-level strategic and operational initiatives across the business to optimize growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end business management, with minimum 10 years of experience in executive leadership.

• Lead and mentor the executive team, with direct reports from all core business functions.
• Drive high-level strategic and operational initiatives across the business to optimize growth and efficiency.
• Oversee negotiations at the highest level, including engagements with key clients, stakeholders, and influential figures in the region.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the technical and industry-specific aspects of the business to ensure smooth leadership transition.

• Citizenship: Must be a Zimbabwean citizen (either currently in Zimbabwe or willing to return).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in executive leadership, with a proven track record in end-to-end business management.
• Education: A tertiary qualification is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with large-scale food production or similar industries is highly desirable.
• Personal Attributes: Young, dynamic, and willing to embrace mentorship for growth in the industry.

• Base Salary: $240,000 per annum ($20,000 USD per month)
• Benefits: Accommodation (if needed), company vehicle, medical coverage, and a performance-based bonus
