Are you passionate about the biopharma sector? Do you have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the life sciences? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at JoVE.

The Role

This role will focus on promoting JoVE's unique solutions to biopharma companies, utilizing a range of marketing channels and tactics to engage target audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and creating high-quality content for various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to reach biopharma companies, leveraging industry insights and market trends to inform campaign design and execution
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads, to drive lead generation and audience engagement
  • Create high-quality content for various marketing channels, including case studies, newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and email campaigns, highlighting JoVE's value proposition and differentiators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Foster relationships with industry professionals through events, webinars, and strategic partnerships, expanding JoVE's presence in the biopharma market and generating leads
  • Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategies, monitoring key metrics such as lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or life sciences, demonstrating a solid understanding of the biopharma industry and its trends
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on the biopharma sector, showcasing expertise in marketing automation tools and prospecting techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present effectively
