Job Title: Chief Growth Officer for Automotive Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Aftermarket Parts Industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, including competitors and market trends, as well as excellent analytical and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Design and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Aftermarket Parts Industry.
  • Establish Key Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers and customers to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Reporting and Administration: Manage reporting and administration functions to ensure accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development Management, specifically within the Aftermarket Parts Industry.
  • A degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Automotive Parts Industry, including competitors and market trends.
  • Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
  • Extensive travel required outside of South Africa.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage strategic relationships.
  • Strong Reporting and Administration capability.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of up to R1 Mil, negotiable based on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.
