As a key member of the Neptune team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, transportation, and storage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Neptune's overall business objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation
  • Implement best practices for warehouse management, including organizing stock, FIFO systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Research and determine optimal inventory levels, economic order quantities, etc., and set inventory levels across the organization
  • Use sales forecasts to prepare operational strategic plans addressing volume and resource requirements and constraints
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts for inbound and outbound logistics
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the full supply chain end-to-end function, warehousing, and logistics function
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
  • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
