About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Subordinates: Responsible for leading, motivating, training, and managing subordinates to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Maintain GMP: Comply with and maintain all GMPs in relation to the Company's FSMS (Food Safety Management System).
  • Ensure Quality: Ensure the quality of our products by conducting regular inspections, identifying and documenting non-conformance, and implementing corrective actions.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
