- Ensure the branch's infrastructure meets the needs of the teams.
- Enforce company branding and image compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Monitor debtors' payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve escalated issues efficiently and effectively.
- Optimize stock levels to support branch operations.
- Coordinate stock takes and submit reports to Regional Manager and central Distribution.
- Provide accurate information for internal and external audits.
- Address audit issues and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Matriculation certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or management, preferably in Engineering, Mining, or Agriculture
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- System proficiency
- Logical thinking skills
