About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the management and operations of our Cape Town branch, ensuring its smooth workflow and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams based in the Eastern and Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Cape Town branch, guaranteeing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage teams based in the Eastern and Western Cape, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor branch budgets, financial performance, and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader Projects Customer Service Agreements to ensure that all contractual obligations with clients in the Eastern and Western Cape are met.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in operations or contract management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
