Corporate Secretariat Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
TalentCru seeks a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretariat Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing corporate documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in Board and Shareholder meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure regulatory compliance and prepare all statutory returns as required by legislation
- To manage the shares and securities responsibilities
- To provide professional, proactive, efficient, and effective administrative support of negotiable securities
- To assist in preparing various reports for the annual report
- To maintain an accurate register of users of the Board Management tool
- To support meeting preparation for Board, Committees, and Annual General Meetings
- To issue reminders with deadlines for action items
- To track meeting attendance
- To prepare and distribute Board, Committees, and Shareholder meeting packs within prescribed meeting timelines
- To develop, implement, and monitor an effective information management system within the Corporate Secretariat department
- To create a central repository to manage board members-related documents
- To maintain accurate documentation of corporate governance activities
- To oversee the administration of negotiable securities, money market securities, and shares
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Information Science or equivalent
- 5-8 years' experience within a Company Secretarial/Records Management or similar environment
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation
- SAP knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in Ms Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Ms Teams
