Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage production schedules and coordinate services to optimize productivity.
  • Analyze employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to enhance productivity.
  • Implement process improvements and technological upgrades to increase efficiency.
  • Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
  • Develop design and production standards in collaboration with management and users.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
