We are seeking a skilled Sales and Project Administration Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our sales and project management teams, coordinating projects from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, coordinating communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensuring targets and deadlines are met. You will also assist with managing company profiles, handling travel arrangements, and performing basic accounting tasks.

As a Sales and Project Administration Assistant, you will work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution. You will help with order processing, ensure project-related documentation is accurate and up to date, and maintain and update project documentation, including budgets and schedules.

Key qualifications for this role include experience in project administration or project management support, strong administrative and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and project management teams.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines.
  • Manage communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
