Job Description:

The Junior Business Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to leverage business intelligence tools to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and provide companywide efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Incident Triage: Check incoming incidents and requests via incident management system, and perform initial triaging for prioritization.
  • Ticket Management: Monitor and track aging of tickets for SLA management.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of system incidents and fix as appropriate/relevant.
  • Solution Implementation: Analyse incident trends to propose long-term solution fixes to reduce future incident occurrences.
  • Project Scope Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for change requests that are not incident related.
  • Dashboards and Analytics: Update existing/create and design dashboards and analytics to support stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications :
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and solution recommendations.
