The Role:

You will be closely aligned with the Quality of Care Principles, providing support, education, and mentorship to the team.

Your strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills will be vital for success in this role, and you will have a passion for staff support, education, and mentorship.

This position is casual, with responsibilities across multiple sites in the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping in all designated areas.
• Maintain appropriate interactions with residents in accordance with organizational values.
• Consider resident lifestyles and personal choices.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests as directed.
• Foster effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
• Utilize appropriate channels for assistance, guidance, and concerns.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months).
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks.
