Hospitality - Cleaner Role | Multiple Sites - South of the River

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaner with strong organizational skills to join our team in a casual position across multiple sites in the South of the River area.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, which includes vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all designated areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues and residents, demonstrating a commitment to our values of compassion, collaboration, and inclusion.
- Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requirements, demonstrating a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and activities, as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cleaning or related role, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and meet other pre-employment checks.
- Availability to work a casual schedule across multiple sites, with a focus on providing excellent service to our residents.
