Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Plus1X Solutions (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team, project manager, and development team to develop design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Work with the business analyst to identify creative solutions to complex problems and map user flows.
  • Develop and maintain client briefs and ensure that design solutions meet client requirements.
  • Conduct user research and create wireframes to visualize user interactions.
  • Iterate on wireframe designs and work with UI designers to create high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with software developers to ensure that design solutions are properly implemented and meet user experience expectations.
  • Work from initial concepts to final design sign-off, ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Perform ad hoc UX design tasks and discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions.
