About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at EPAM. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the user experience on a range of project types, from design and build to research and discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on the user experience on a range of project types, from design and build to research and discovery
  • Organise and facilitate workshops with the support of the UX Director
  • Plan and run user research activities, gather and organise findings
  • Reuse and suggest new user-centric methodologies to frame problems/needs
  • Proactively challenge the design process and team members to consistently achieve the best outcome
  • Continue to learn and develop skills and methods across UX Strategy, Design Research, IA/Interaction design, Service design, Product Development and Thought Leadership
  • Mentor more junior colleagues and support their learning and development

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years experience in an agency/consultancy environment
  • Highly proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch etc
  • Demonstrable project experience covering end-to-end design with a portfolio ready to present
  • Deep understanding of design methods and when to apply them effectively
  • Client-facing and project lead experience
  • Thorough understanding of the challenges of complex web and mobile web experiences
