At Gap Consulting, we are seeking an exceptional Automotive Sales Management expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the new vehicle sales department and drive business growth through effective sales strategies
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales techniques and performance improvement
  • Develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed company targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in dealership new vehicle sales management within the automotive industry
  • Grade 12 qualification is essential, with a diploma in business management or marketing management being advantageous
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive sales management disciplines is essential
  • Must be able to provide proof of department performance over a period of at least 6 months
  • Contactable references are a must
Compensation Package:
  • A basic salary of R25,000 to R28,000 per month, based on experience
  • Incentives of up to R30,000 per annum
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • A company vehicle
