  1. Accurate Data Capture: Ensure accurate capturing of master data into the merchandise and Hybris system.
  2. Data Validation: Validate that data received is accurately completed and compliant with business rules.
  3. Master Data Maintenance: Maintain master data in the merchandise systems and resolve any problems.
  4. Attribute Mapping: Complete required mapping of attributes based on agreed business rules.
  5. Sample and Image Management: Manage samples and image curation accurately.
  6. Online Naming: Complete item online naming as per agreed rules for online website.
  7. Reporting: Manage various reports to support visibility to stakeholders.
  8. Deadline Management: Meet required deadlines for online launches for customer needs and satisfaction.
  9. Problem Reporting: Report any master data problems to the Master Data Compliance Officer.
  10. Ad Hoc Requests: Complete any ad hoc requests or processes on the merchandise system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Essential 1-3 years experience in basic office admin and Merchandise Management System.
  • Education: Prior experience and track record in Product master data management and administration.
  • Skills: Flexible and methodical approach, written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to take initiative, working with people, adhering to principles and values, writing and reporting, planning and organizing, delivering results and meeting customer expectations, following instructions and procedures, entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, persuading and influencing, adapting and responding to change, coping with pressures and setbacks.
