Job Title: Accountant

On Line Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial personnel.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Language:

The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English is required. The ability to read, write, and speak in other languages is desirable.
