Finance Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at On Line Personnel. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Financial Systems Support: Work closely with finance teams to understand system requirements and provide technical support, assist in the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and automation of finance systems, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finance systems and data.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and finance systems, and conduct regular reviews of finance processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Data Extraction and Transformation: Extract data from various sources and transform it to meet specific criteria, develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to streamline data integration and management, and ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Strategic Financial Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis, support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Finance Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Skills: Advanced skills in SQL, experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity, financial acumen: deep understanding of financial principles and metrics, technical proficiency: expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and SQL, data analysis: strong skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, experience in developing and managing ETL processes, problem-solving: strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail: high accuracy and precision in data handling, communication: ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders, project management: capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work, strategic thinking: aligning data analysis with strategic goals, continuous learning: willingness to stay updated and adapt to new skills.
