In response to client demand, our KPMG Immigration team is undergoing significant expansion - If you are enthusiastic about starting your career on Immigration initiatives for our clients in Africa and keeping abreast of the latest Immigration regulations, we are eager to welcome you.

Role Objective:

To adopt a proactive stance in all immigration-related matters to support Immigration initiatives for KPMG South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Immigration team by helping to compile, organize, and submit applications to the Department of Home Affairs for various visa categories required by clients

Support case management and coordination for Africa projects - liaise with KPMG offices and external service providers across the continent, provide feedback, and maintain tracking systems to ensure effective management

Collaborate in drafting responses and regularly engage with the Department of Home Affairs regarding submitted applications

Ensure deliverables adhere to high technical standards

Stay informed on changes in Immigration-related legislation

Build trust with colleagues and clients through excellent communication

Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Proactively seek guidance to achieve personal and professional goals

Manage multiple tasks and requests from various stakeholders
