Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing input into overall business plans for Trade Services, FX transactions, and queries.
  • Monitoring and managing operational costs monthly.
  • Managing systems and people to achieve optimum cost-to-revenue leverage.
  • Identifying potential cost-saving and revenue-enhancement initiatives for the Bank.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring levels and quality of service delivery as experienced by internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing expert advice to other departments regarding processes and procedures applied in the area relating to FX transactions and queries.

They will support process improvements across all areas/departments within the Bank and detailing potential training gaps.
