Key Responsibilities:- Market MUA's personal and commercial lines products effectively to brokers and intermediaries, identifying innovative methods to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify and action new broker acquisitions, as well as manage dormant brokers to drive active engagement and growth.
- Deliver optimal customer experience and ensure high levels of service quality to brokers and their clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure continuous alignment between MUA and broker strategic goals.
Sales and Marketing Acumen: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the short-term insurance industry, with a focus on personal and commercial lines is essential. Additionally, strong underwriting knowledge and problem-solving skills are required to resolve complex queries and address broker concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:- Full Insurance/Industry qualification
- FAIS-compliant and registered as a representative with the FSCA for Short-Term Personal and/or Commercial lines.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines underwriting and broker relationship management.
- Experience in sales and marketing within the financial services industry.
