Job Summary:

Engineering Manager Vacancy

We are looking for an accomplished Engineering Manager to spearhead our engineering efforts and guarantee the organisation satisfies client expectations while upholding safety standards and achieving operational excellence goals.

This role entails:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of mechanical, electrical systems, instrumentation, utilities and site facilities
  • Compliance with general machinery regulations
  • SITE SECURITY AND CLEANING

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise engineering teams
  • Design and implement a proactive maintenance and repair strategy
  • Manage engineering projects
  • Ensure adherence to OEM standards on all machinery
  • Monitor energy consumption
  • Establish programs to consistently reduce energy demand and consumption
  • Develop and revise quarterly an Engineering Strategy outlining the key focus areas of the function for the current fiscal year, and long-term considerations
  • Analyse monthly financial performance

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

  • Understanding of system and application software e.g. CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
  • Considerable technical expertise and experience (minimum of 8 years) in an engineering management position
  • Preceding experience supervising a large team spanning 3 or more departments crucial
  • Background working in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Based in PMB or willing to relocate
