Executive Restaurant Director

Join Wild Dreams Hospitality as an Executive Restaurant Director and take on the challenge of leading our restaurant operations to new heights. This live-in position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management at a 4 or 5-star property. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in effectively managing a team of staff and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing company policies and SOPs
  
• Attending necessary meetings and communicating updates
  
• Conducting performance reviews and managing budgets
  
• Planning and overseeing department operations and staff
  
• Supervising, training, and motivating staff
  
• Managing sales, stock, and maintaining hygiene standards
  
• Coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring uniform standards
  
• Handling guest relations and complaints
  
• Verifying bills and reporting maintenance issues
  
• Implementing restaurant concept and design events
  
• Ensuring effective team communication and grooming
  
• Completing reports and other assigned tasks
  

This is a live-in position that requires a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years previous F&B management experience at a 4 or 5-star property
  
• Clear communication skills written and verbal
