As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to senior managers with daily clerical tasks, keeping up to date with leave administration for the office, and compiling monthly, quarterly reports and annual corporate calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior managers.
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave.
- Compile reports and calendars.
- Prepare meeting agendas and attendance registers.
- Collate reports.
- Monitor attendance by Governance Committees members.
- Respond to queries from stakeholders.
- Supervise employees and allocate duties.
- Manage staff leave and performance.
- Advise and lead supervisees on work-related matters.
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 and three years (03) National Diploma in Public Administration / Administrative Management / Public Management / equivalent qualification at (NQF level 6).
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in administration field and valid driver's license.
