Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the company's Quality and Food Safety Management System and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Management Systems Coordinator will perform the following duties:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of effective quality management systems.
  • Support the administration of the ISO, FSSC, SGF, Kosher, Halaal, Fair Trade, FDA, and Consumer Council certifications.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders to promote awareness of customer requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement through analysis of assessment findings and investigations.
Requirements

To excel in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • National Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 years' experience in maintaining a Food Safety and Quality management system in a food factory and 1 year in the quality control section.
  • Knowledge of the ISO and FSSC certification systems is required.
  • No criminal record.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication, bilingual, and influencing skills.
