Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the management of large-scale road infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results. With your expertise in contract law, procurement processes, and financial management, you will make informed decisions that contribute to the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
  • Manage and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and analysis to inform decision-making.
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in contracts management within roads or civil engineering projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on timely completion and budgetary control.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and financial management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering projects within budget and timeframes.
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
