About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong numerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance premiums, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and reconcile insurance premium payments
  2. Allocate and record commission payments
  3. Respond to inquiries from staff and insurers
  4. Administer credit insurance policies
  5. Prepare monthly general insurance returns

Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Previous experience in Short-Term Insurance
  • NQF Level 4 Qualification RE 5 Qualification is essential
  • Experience with System A (Tial) Program
