Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity offers a motivated Graduate the chance to join our dynamic Final Storage Dispatch team. As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of high-quality products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. The manual packaging of finished products, including minted coins, blank coins, cast bars, wires, and discs.
  2. Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records by tracking stock movements and performing regular stock counts.
  3. Updating storage systems to reflect real-time data and ensuring accuracy.
  4. Conducting quality checks on outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
  5. Providing accurate information to customers regarding order status, delivery times, and potential delays.
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Maintaining adherence to all safety procedures in the final storage and dispatch areas.
  8. Accurately picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • A BTech/Advanced Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a BCom in Supply Chain Management.
  • An overall average of at least 70% at tertiary level.
