Responsibilities
  • Lead process problem-solving initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and inefficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Mechanical Engineering field, preferably in roll grinding.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, economics, and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft systems.
