Job Overview

TalenCo Recruitment Specialists is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Fraud Operations team in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of fraud agents, ensuring the detection and prevention of fraud.

This role involves managing the activities of fraud administration agents who investigate and recover losses incurred due to reported customer bank account fraud. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service to cardholders, merchants, internal, and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in Fraud Risk and possess strong management skills, with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with team members. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless execution of processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fraud agents and fraud administration agents
  • Ensure prompt action on fraud alerts
  • Complete administration on fraud incidents to minimize losses
  • Coordinate testing of new functionality affecting fraud operations
  • Monitor process performance daily and define opportunities for improvement

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in Fraud Risk Management
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints
  • Experience managing teams and shifts
