Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shift team and ensure they are aligned with operational objectives and best practices.
  • Manage contractor activities and ensure all contractors sign in correctly, complete tasks to expected standard, and leave site with necessary documentation properly recorded.
  • Assist Operations Manager in overseeing planned works and ensure shift teams are informed of duties from previous shifts.
  • Ensure accountability of site operations and provide feedback to Operations Manager on activities that may impact planned works.
