Job Description

\

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.\
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient operations.\
  • Booking appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings as needed.\
  • Assisting with marketing events, charity drives, and other corporate initiatives.\
  • Providing support to new business development opportunities, including liaison with the group marketing department in the US and local PR.\
  • Proofreading company literature and assisting with reporting and analysis tasks.\
  • Managing cleaning staff duties, time, and attendance.\
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required.\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A higher grade in English, with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the language.\
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.\
  • A proactive communicator capable of providing regular updates and progress reports on activities.\
  • Literate in the MS Office suite of products.\
