Job Title: Bookkeeping Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at iStaff Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Management: Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document Control: Document transaction details, including receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Financial Document Preparation: Prepare and file financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Accounting Data Verification: Verify accounting data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Company Account Reconciliation: Reconcile company accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll and track payroll data, ensuring timely payment and compliance with labor laws.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with tax payments and returns, including EMP201, EMP501, and SARS returns.
  • Staff Support: Collaborate with staff accountants as needed to ensure seamless financial operations.
