Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Truck Sales Executive to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales process, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • Vehicle Sales and Procurement: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicles, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery and handover processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Matric Certificate or higher, 5 years of experience in new truck sales, and sufficient knowledge of trucks and the industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of sales success, ability to understand CPK and calculate various applications, knowledge of vehicle bodies legal specifications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Integrity, honesty, willingness to grow and share knowledge with the team, and code 10 or 14 driver's license (advantageous).
